Kegel Fun: About & How To!

Kegel balls are the modern alternative to the ancient Geisha balls, and are used to strengthen a woman’s pelvic floor muscles in her vagina.

Whichever brand you go with, ensure when you are inserting your kegel balls for the first time, or while your pelvic muscles are still weak, lie down on your back and relax your legs.

Apply as much lubricant as you need to feel comfortable and insert the ball(s) vertically one at a time.

This process should not hurt! Go at your own pace, and if you are experiencing any pain or discomfort, try masturbating beforehand to relax.

Start by wearing the kegels around the house for 5-10 minutes, contracting your muscles every 3 second and then releasing.

  2. Lie on your back, relax your legs.

  5. Remove my gently pulling on the retrieval cord

  • Always use a quality lubricant
  • Go at your own pace!
